I have lived in the United States for 20 years now and have been in the restaurant business for almost eight years now. As a mother of seven kids, I’ve always wanted to do my best to support and provide for them but at times working a normal job wasn’t cutting it. I’ve always dreamed of owning a restaurant because it was a passion of mine. My husband and I decided to try out the farmers market first because that would give us a little taste of what business is like and to see if our food would sell. The farmers market is one of the best things that happened to us. It is a great way to advertise ourselves, and business was and still is good. It has helped build our restaurant name is something I love and look forward to every year.”
