Hearty Round Steak Casserole
A hearty, delicious and easy-to-make “meat and potatoes” dish, perfect for cool evenings. Longer, slower cooking makes the round steak tender.

INGREDIENTS
6 potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg round steak
DIRECTIONS
- Flour & brown steak
- Grease 9 x 13 pan and line bottom of pan with potatoes
- Sprinkle with seasonings & pat with butter
- Mix mushroom soup with the 1⁄2 cup milk
- Pour over potatoes
- Place browned steak on top of potatoes
- Pour broccoli cheese soup over steak
- Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours
